Manga ‘Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi’ Gets TV Anime

The official Twitter of Marcey Naitou‘s Amagami-san Chi no Enmusubi (Tying the Knot with an Amagami Sister) manga announced an anime adaptation on Friday.

The romantic comedy manga originally began as a one-shot by Naitou as part of Weekly Shounen Magazine‘s competition in December 2020. The one-shot received the most votes and began serializing on the same platform in April 2021. Kodansha shipped the ninth volume on March 16, while the tenth volume is set for a May 17 release. The manga has a cumulative 850,000 copies of its volumes in circulation.

Kodansha USA licensed the manga for digital release in English in January 2022. The seventh volume went on sale on March 7, and the eighth volume is scheduled to be released on May 2.
