Some kitchen tools change everything. A good blender means the difference between grainy smoothies and impeccable green juices, suspiciously chunky soups and beautifully smooth purées. BA food director Chris Morocco puts it best: “If, like me, you are the kind of person who uses their blender a lot, it’s just a matter of time before you come to see the world of blenders as I do: There’s the Vitamix, and there’s everything else.”
Of course, there‘s one thing standing in the way of attaining the Holy Grail of blenders: the price. Dropping $500 or more on a kitchen appliance is a tough pill to swallow, even with the promise of perfectly smooth nut butters and purées. Luckily, today during the Amazon Prime Early Access sale, Vitamix blenders can be had at a discount, and multiple models are available for up to 40% off. We’ve sorted through the Prime Day kitchen deals with your smoothies in mind: See below for the best Prime Day Vitamix deals, and keep checking back as we’ll continue to update this list as new deals go live. (And head right this way for more Prime Day kitchen deals.)
When you think of a Vitamix blender, you probably envision the 5200. It’s the classic and the one we use in the BA test kitchen. You’ll recognize its simple three-switch control panel which features a power switch, a pulse or variable speed switch, and a dial for fine-tuning the power level. If you’re looking for a straightforward, high-performance blender that can handle big batches, this is it.
Deal: Vitamix 5200 Blender
The 750 is a little more powerful and a little quieter than the 5200, which also means that normally it’s more expensive as well. Not today. If you’re in the market for a professional-quality blender, this is the deal we would recommend this Amazon Prime Day. At 37% off, the savings are substantial. The 750 also comes with five preset functions (a feature the 5200 does not have) and sports a shorter, squatter container—handy if you have low cabinets or will be storing this in a cupboard when not in use.
Deal: Vitamix Professional Series 750 Blender, 64 oz.
Prime members, rejoice! The Explorian E310 is among the most affordable Vitamix models, but it’s still a high-performance, professional grade blender. It has 10 variable speeds, a pulse feature, and a strong two horsepower motor. Associate food editor Kendra Vaculin loves hers and believes it’s one of the best blenders a home cook can buy.
Deal: Vitamix E310 Explorian Blender
The most affordable Vitamix on the market, the Vitamix One is the company’s entry-level offering. You can still expect a powerful motor and a two-year warranty, but if you want to make nut butters or grind your own flour, stick with one of the other models. That said, the Vitamix One outperforms most other comparably priced blenders and can handle almost all everyday kitchen tasks. At 40% off list price, this is one of the best blender deals on our radar this October Amazon Prime Day.
The Ascent series is where Vitamix starts to get techy. The Prime Early Access deals on the Ascent models aren’t quite as impressive as the discount on the Vitamix One, but they’re worth considering if you’re in the market for modern design with high-tech power and precision. The control panel of the A2500 features a 10-speed dial, a pulse switch, a digital timer, and three program settings for smoothies, hot soups, and frozen desserts. It also has wireless connectivity, which allows it to adapt to new Vitamix updates. Though it comes with a 64-oz. container, it can recognize any container size and automatically adjust the blender’s settings.
Deal: Vitamix A2500 Ascent Series Smart Blender, 64 oz.
The Vitamix A3300 is a lot like the A2500 but even more high-tech, with a sleek touchscreen control panel that you can easily wipe clean and a programmable touch timer. Just set the timer to the length of your blend, and the machine will turn itself off once it’s finished.
Deal: Vitamix A3300 Ascent Series Smart Blender, 64 oz.
Meet the most expensive Vitamix blender in existence. The Vitamix A3500 can do everything the A3300 can do with its touchscreen controls and programmable timer. But it also has five built-in settings for smoothies, hot soups, frozen desserts, dips and spreads, and self-cleaning. It comes in a variety of fancy finishes like brushed stainless steel and copper metal.
Deal: Vitamix A3500 Ascent Series Smart Blender, 48 oz.

Seriously Delicious Sauces
When it comes to making luxuriously creamy dressings and sauces, blenders get us there. Round out your next grain bowl with tahini-ranch dressing, an impossibly creamy vegan miso-hemp dressing, or the golden raisin pesto that stole our hearts.
The Smoothest Smoothies
We promise: You won’t notice the kale nearly as much when it’s been seamlessly blended with avocado, pineapple, and coconut. Also try a refreshing one-ingredient coconut licuado and a stunningly purple blueberry, cashew, and lime smoothie.
When you’re trying to make the most of your mornings, keep breakfast quick but filling with this frothy fruit-and-nut-filled smoothie recipe.
Perfectly Puréed Soups
Healthy slushies exist and they’re nothing like the 7-Eleven Slurpees we know and love. We like to blend coconut water with an array of frozen fruits for the chillest slushies around. They whip together in a blender in seconds and scale up for big batches to keep your guests happy and hydrated. And if you want to add a shot of mezcal to that chile-spiked citrus slushy, well, that’s more than fine by us.
